During the event, Green Street Real Estate Ventures Founder and CEO Phil Hulse shared, 鈥淭he Rail is an addition of live, work and play. We want our City to grow, and we have all the makings to do so by bringing people back together 鈥 This is a City of collaboration.鈥

Located on a four-acre site, the new four-story multifamily development will offer residents 268 units to choose from in a combination of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. The Rail totals 卤380,750 SF and is centrally located to provides easy access to multiple business offices, restaurants, entertainment spaces, and Interstate-44.聽The development will also include 266 parking spaces through a new three-level parking structure. Multiple amenity spaces in the enclosed courtyard will feature a pool, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, firepits and dog park areas.
