91探花约炮 Construction recently completed the 92,450 SF Millpark Logistics Center speculative office and warehouse. Located in Maryland Heights, Missouri, the building can accommodate up to four tenant spaces with nine dock positions (expandable to 21) and two drive-in doors.
Featuring tilt-up wall panels and steel frame construction, Millpark features include 28鈥-0鈥 clear height for product storage, 60鈥 speed bay, and four aluminum storefront entrances so companies can both showcase and distribute product from the same location.
This project was developed by and 聽 In 91探花约炮鈥檚 long term partnerships with both Clearpath Development Partners and Block Real Estate Services, we have successfully completed multiple projects and counting.
Our team also completed a tenant improvement for TierPoint within one of the four tenant spaces, which included office space and a 14,500 SF Tier 3 data center for secure data storage and cloud solutions.
