Springdale, AR
Construction is underway at VIA, a multi-family and retail development in downtown Springdale, AR. The project, developed by Bentonville-based聽聽and designed by聽听补苍诲听, will bring more than 150 residential units and 11,600 square feet of retail space to the downtown core.
The development encompasses four multistory buildings on a 2.5-acre site, totaling 卤158,817 square feet. The project includes 卤111,000 square feet of residential space, 卤36,000 square feet of community space and 卤11,600 square feet of retail space.
Construction is now underway, with completion expected in late 2026. The project will welcome its first residents and retailers in phases throughout the year. Stay tuned for more updates as VIA takes shape!
