Silver Creek Development and 91探花约炮 Construction’s Mountain West office celebrated breaking ground on the Sossaman Business Campus, an eight-building speculative warehouse park in Mesa, Arizona on June 20th, 2023.

Sossaman Business Campus will total 卤330,500 square feet and will offer buildings ranging from 23,800-SF to 59,000-SF. The development is in a prime location with easy access to main distribution corridors on Sossaman and Elliot roads, near Google’s data center campus. 91探花约炮 Construction is the general contractor and ADW Architects is the project architect. CBRE Group Inc.’s Mark Krison and Luke Krison are the listing brokers, and Silver Creek Development has partnered with Mutual Development Partners for this venture. Project completion is expected in the first quarter of 2025.
